Here for the overthinkers.
Brighton-based therapy for anxiety, relationships and life’s challenges.
What to expect
-
I offer a free introductory 15-minute call to help you decide if we might be the right fit for your therapy journey and if you have any questions.
-
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see how it feels to talk together.
There is no pressure to say everything at the beginning, and we can work at a pace that feels right for you.
-
Available in person in Brighton & Hove or online, depending on what works best for you for weekly sessions.
Sessions are private and confidential, giving you space to speak freely and at your own pace. Each session begins on the hour and lasts up to 50 minutes.
Together we can think about what you're experiencing, exploring the thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be shaping your life and relationships.
The aim isn't to have all the answers straight away, but to slow things down, understand yourself more clearly and feel more grounded.

A calm space for busy minds
Starting therapy can sometimes feel daunting, so empathy, care and reflection are integral to my process.
When it comes to therapy for anxiety, overthinking and relational challenges, I’ve learned how important it is for people to have a place where they don’t have to manage everything alone.
I believe therapy can be a place to slow things down and begin to understand yourself more clearly - not to fix you, but to help you make sense of things in a way that feels more manageable.
If your mind sometimes feels like a browser with too many tabs open, we can work together to explore and manage them.
Discover warm, thoughtful therapy in Brighton & Hove for creatives and people navigating life’s challenges.

About me
My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative. I offer psychodynamic therapy and my clinical experience to explore how past experiences and relationships can shape how we think, feel, and relate in the present.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (University of Brighton, 2025) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also hold a BSc in Psychology (University of Sussex, 2024).
As a qualified therapist in Brighton, I offer talking therapy for professionals, creatives, freelancers and students, specialising in psychodynamic therapy for anxiety, overthinking, and relationship challenges. I also offer therapy for burnout.
